Purchases

Online Internet Purchases. hothangups.com accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards online. We do not accept cash, checks, or C.O.D.'s online. All purchases are finalized in U.S. dollars. International orders in a foreign currency cannot be processed online. Please mail or fax your order to the address and phone number below; phone us toll-free; or, email our Customer Care department. International orders in foreign currency may be subject to a processing surcharge. Customer Care will contact you via email if this is necessary before fulfilling your order.

Direct Mail Purchases Sent by Regular Mail. Hot Hang-Ups! accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, bank checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks for all purchases made via traditional mail services. If you still do not feel secure ordering over the web, you can print out your online transaction page (FINAL CHECKOUT) and mail your order with credit card information, bank check, money order, or cashier’s check. If you're paying by credit card, you must sign the bottom of the transaction page with your signature as it appears on your credit card. If you are paying by check, Hot Hang-Ups! does not acccept checks that are not clearly imprinted with your name, address, and phone number, and complete bank information. If you are purchasing by check, please be aware that all checks are processed and deposited prior to sending the product(s) ordered. This may delay receipt of your order by as much as fifteen (15) days. If a check is returned NSF (non-sufficient funds), purchaser will be charged an NSF fee of $50.00 by Hot-Hang-Ups!. Also, PLEASE REMEMBER to make a note in your check register that that check has been used, and the amount and date of that check, so you don't forget when you balance your checkbook.

Hot Hang-Ups! warrants to the original purchaser of the watch-faced purse hanger[s] that the quartz movement will be free of any defects in materials for one year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover defects or damage created by improper usage and does not cover parts that become defective due to misuse or mishandling. Out of Stock Items

You will be notified on your Shipment Confirmation E-mail if your order could not be completely filled due to items which are temporarily out of stock. If an item you order is not in-stock, it will be automatically back-ordered and shipped when it becomes available, unless you ask Hot Hang-Ups! to cancel the back-order. When the back-ordered item[s] ships, your credit card will then be be charged for the back-ordered item[s].

Return Policy

Hot Hang-Ups! wants you to be completely satisfied with every purse hanger and product that you purchase from hothangups.com. If you need to return an item, just follow the simple steps outlined below.

1. All items must be returned in the original packaging envelope or carton with your receipt and/or packing slip with order ID number on it. Please make sure your name, address, and telephone number is correct on the receipt or packing slip. Also, please indicate in the space available the reason for return. If you are returning an undamaged item in exchange for another design, the returned item must be returned in the same excellent condition as it went out. All refunds are made to the credit card used for the purchase.

2. If you should wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please complete the form on the back of your packing slip and send it with the item(s) being returned.

Sales Tax

As required by current tax laws, applicable state sales tax will be added for shipments to residents of California and Nevada. At this time, most sales made via the internet are still not taxable. However, application of sales tax to internet sales is currently pending in Federal and State legislation, and status is subject to change without notice.

State And Local Sales Taxes. Internet sales are not specifically exempt from sales and use taxes. L.J. Enterprises, Inc., DBA Hot Hang-Ups! and hothangups.com, is located in and has activities in the states of Nevada and California in the United States of America, which may subject it to state and local laws imposing sales tax collection. Therefore, L.J. Enterprises, Inc. and hothangups.com may be required to collect tax on merchandise sold via the Internet or otherwise. You may be interested to know that, by law, if a vendor does not charge sales tax, the purchaser of the merchandise is required by law to individually remit the sales tax to the proper taxing jurisdiction.

For online sales the appropriate, applicable sales tax (based on the "billing address state" location) will be added to your order. This dollar amount will appear on your FINAL CHECKOUT page. State and local sales taxes, if applicable, will also appear in the Shipping Confirmation e-mail sent to you once your order has shipped.

State and local sales taxes are based on the merchandise total before shipping and handling charges are applied.

Hot Hang-Ups! Gift Certificates can only be purchased by calling Hot Hang-Ups! and can be redeemed only through mail or faxed orders. Certificates can not be purchased nor redeemed online at this time.
