About Hot Hang-Ups

The purse hanger has been around since the Victorian days. In 2000 when we went out to find one there were none to be found except some very tiny ones we found in China town that weren't large enough to carry today's handbags. Throughout our travels in the U.S. and Worldwide we couldn't find any at that time. We decided with all of the expensive handbags woman are carrying today there was a need to bring back this item to today's generation with our own original designs and so our company Hot Hang-Ups! Was formed. Our first Collection was the Safari designs that continued to be popular to date. Thereafter, with the popularity of the Safari Collection we continued to add new collections to a total of 90 Original designs over 13 years. We started a website in 2000 and were the only ones that were selling purse hangers online at that time. As the popularity of the purse hanger became widespread other companies started selling their own as well. From the internet we grew into retail and were not only selling to individuals but to retail stores throughout the U.S. and Worldwide being in two Los Angeles Showrooms and 30 sales reps.

In 2004 we opened our custom logo division with our first order from the 5 star award winning Restaurant Gary Danko in San Francisco. From that first order our custom logo division has grown from making logos for upscale award winning restaurants to upscale hotels, Spas, Sororities, Convention Bureaus, Fundraisers, Grand Openings, Military, Religious groups, Beauty Salons, Wineries, Country Clubs, Realtors, Healthcare organizations, Weddings and Showers, Universities, TV and radio stations, Golf tournaments and so on as you can view in our custom logo gallery.

So, with the tremendous success of the custom logo division and the turn of the economy we have decided after 13 years of selling retail with our original designs to finally close our retail division and continue with the success of our custom logo division.
